• Propel sales expansion by identifying and securing business within our Strategic Accounts Segment.
• Explore your designated territory to identify the needs for Birdeye services.
• Collaborate with your Sales Development Representative (SDR) counterpart as they create opportunities for you to sell in your area.
• Oversee sales cycles that involve multiple CXO decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Create tailored presentations and demonstrations of our product for potential clients.
• Conduct effective Proof of Concept campaigns to compellingly showcase Birdeye’s value.
• Document sales activities and metrics in our CRM system.
• Work closely with the Product team to enhance product and onboarding processes.
• Manage pipeline and sales activities, perform prospect research and accurately forecast sales outcomes.
• Embrace a work hard, play hard philosophy; we aim to enjoy the journey as we achieve success.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; ongoing training and education are preferred.
• Over 8 years of experience in quota-carrying software or technology sales as an individual contributor, preferably in CX and Social SaaS.
• Previous experience selling Enterprise SaaS to the CMO Suite is essential.
• Possess a hunter mentality with a proven track record of generating and closing pipelines in designated geographic areas.
• Experience selling to CMOs, CXOs, digital marketers, or heads of social media is necessary.
