This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and oversee your pipeline across designated enterprise accounts, collaborating with Sales Development and Marketing to enhance lead generation.
• Cultivate extensive knowledge of beqom's offerings and the domains of Total Compensation, Sales Performance, and Performance Management.
• Manage intricate, multi-stakeholder sales processes from start to finish, including opportunity qualification, business case development, and deal closure with C-level executives.
• Work alongside deal teams to formulate value-oriented opportunity strategies and sales materials.
• Act as a representative of beqom at industry conferences, seminars, and through media engagements.
• Proficient in both German and English (applications should be submitted in English).
• Over 3 years of quota-carrying experience in enterprise SaaS, preferably within a high-revenue, low-transaction-volume setting.
• Familiarity with deliverable-driven selling - creating essential assets (presentations, business cases, value assessments) that facilitate value-oriented sales processes.
• Established ability to navigate enterprise buying committees and foster multi-threaded relationships within prospect organizations.
• Excellent presentation and listening capabilities; adept at engaging multiple senior stakeholders and C-level contacts at once.
• Proven resilience in managing lengthy, complex sales cycles.
• Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot (or comparable platforms).
