This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and grow new business by consistently creating pipeline meetings through targeted prospecting efforts and utilizing insights from current customer accounts.
• Utilize the MEDDPIC framework to rigorously qualify opportunities, identify key stakeholders, and ensure alignment with customer metrics and business results.
• Maintain exceptional CRM practices in Salesforce, making sure that all daily activities, interactions, and pipeline data are accurately recorded and managed for informed decision-making.
• Present engaging presentations and high-level demonstrations specifically designed to showcase Arango’s unique value and align solutions with the business goals of customers.
• Work collaboratively across Technical Presales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to uncover and communicate the business advantages of Arango, promoting adoption throughout enterprise organizations.
• Dedicate time to weekly pipeline reviews and forecast accuracy, using data to shape strategy and ensure alignment with the company’s objectives.
• Remote work is available, with travel as necessary to engage with key clients, ensuring relationships are cultivated and opportunities are fully realized.
• Other responsibilities as assigned to support the business.
• 3-7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and selling to large enterprises.
• In-region experience is essential; we seek someone with a historical understanding of the key accounts/customers in the specified geography.
• Open to “up-and-coming” candidates if they possess the right domain experience.
• Domain experience includes any vendor within the Data & AI sector, such as Databricks, Neo4j, Snowflake, any database vendor, or any AI vendors.
• A hunter mentality is crucial; we require representatives who understand how to take ownership of PG responsibilities.
• Ability to engage broadly within the existing customer base, especially within large, complex global accounts.
• Extensive knowledge of the MEDDPIC sales methodology and a proven track record in effectively qualifying opportunities, aligning with customer success metrics, and closing high-value deals.
• Proficient in managing long sales cycles and relish the strategic challenge of interacting with enterprise clients.
• Outstanding relationship-building abilities and capable of clearly communicating the strategic and financial value of Arango to foster long-term customer success.
• Data-driven, using metrics and insights to inform decisions, while ensuring CRM tools are updated for actionable intelligence.
• Native German speaker.
• Must be fluent in English.
