This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take ownership and cultivate a strategic enterprise territory throughout Germany/DACH.
• Generate new business and enhance AppZen’s presence within large, intricate organizations.
• Create and implement comprehensive account plans across various business units and purchasing centers.
• Sustain a robust pipeline centered around high-value enterprise prospects.
• Oversee lengthy sales cycles (6–12+ months) involving substantial deal sizes.
• Facilitate value-driven, executive-level discussions with CFOs, Finance Directors, and Procurement leaders.
• Navigate complex procurement protocols and global purchasing committees.
• Present engaging presentations and product demonstrations to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate across departments with Sales Engineering, Product, and Leadership teams.
• Partner with regional system integrators, resellers, and strategic allies.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, particularly in new business development.
• Demonstrated success in selling to large, complex enterprise organizations (e.g., DAX, Fortune 1000 equivalents).
• Proven history of consistently surpassing quotas and finalizing multi-stakeholder agreements.
• Experience in engaging with C-level executives and senior finance professionals.
• Strong skills in account planning and territory management.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Base salary: €98,000 – €120,000
• Variable (commission): €98,000 – €120,000
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): €196,000 – €240,000
• Equity participation (subject to plan terms)
