This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Interact with targeted prospects and clients to pinpoint ineffective business processes and showcase Anaplan’s distinctive capability to address these challenges.
• Foster Anaplan’s business value throughout the sales process, maneuvering through complex prospect environments to align their needs with the Anaplan solution.
• Deliver highly impactful presentations to Directors, SVPs, and key C-suite decision-makers, including CFOs, CROs, and senior executives in supply chain, workforce, and various business functions.
• Cultivate customer relationships and manage opportunities from inception to completion across various customer targets and functions.
• Utilize Anaplan’s value-driven selling methodology and tools to facilitate sales processes and accurately predict business outcomes.
• Demonstrate exceptional account leadership to identify opportunities for account growth through cross-selling and up-selling within targeted accounts.
• Conduct strategic sales planning to ensure accurate business forecasting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Development Representatives, Marketing, Solution Consultants, and Customer Success teams.
• Significant experience in consultative sales targeting Fortune 2000 companies, preferably in SaaS solutions (though not mandatory).
• Proven success in selling to Vice President and Senior Vice President level buyers.
• History of exceeding sales quotas and targets, including a demonstrated record of multiple high six-figure annual contract value (ACV) deals (services and/or software).
• Established network within your industry territory, comprising a mix of clients and implementation partners.
• Experience working with sophisticated partner and internal team structures.
• Understanding of key domains (Supply Chain, FP&A, Workforce Planning & Sales) and insights into how these functions plan, process work, and make decisions.
• Strong, demonstrated practices in opportunity management (e.g., sales process, qualification, executive presentation skills, quote presentation and negotiation), with the ability to manage multiple (3-5) opportunities simultaneously.
• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields, or equivalent years of experience.
