This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Propel sales growth by engaging proactively with partners and end customers in intricate industrial settings, ensuring sales objectives are consistently achieved or surpassed.
• Build and nurture relationships with essential channel partners, with a strong emphasis on the industrial automation sector, including ICS manufacturers and their control system integrators.
• Equip partners with the necessary training, tools, and resources to effectively position and market our industrial cybersecurity solutions.
• Collaborate with partners to formulate joint business strategies, establish revenue goals, and discover new market opportunities.
• Remain informed about industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging threats in industrial cybersecurity, utilizing this insight to shape go-to-market strategies.
• Work in close cooperation with internal teams, including product management, marketing, and engineering, to ensure solutions align with customer and partner requirements.
• Track and report on key performance indicators, such as partner sales pipeline, revenue contributions, and program effectiveness.
• Over 5 years of experience in channel sales, business development, or a related field, ideally within the industrial cybersecurity or technology industries.
• Demonstrated experience in a cybersecurity firm showcasing a solid understanding of industry practices and protocols is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of industrial cybersecurity, including critical technologies, market obstacles, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443).
• Proven success in meeting or surpassing sales goals through channel strategies.
• Strong capability to cultivate and sustain long-term professional relationships with partners and clients.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions, OT/IT integration, and industrial control systems (ICS).
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
