This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Developing and nurturing essential relationships with stakeholders both within and outside the customers' laboratory, as well as throughout their broader health system, to drive growth.
• Delivering comprehensive diagnostics solutions to large, intricate enterprise accounts with an emphasis on retention, penetration, and growth to create profitable and sustainable activities that surpass customers' expectations.
• Leading a cross-functional internal team to implement a strategic account plan for each enterprise client; coordinating initiatives across the entire customer and healthcare network to optimize growth and customer outcomes.
• Overseeing overall strategic account management planning, which includes identifying a large complex organization's long-term strategic objectives and transforming them into a winning solution for the customer; managing detailed account planning and sales forecasting; and negotiating contracts and pricing that result in long-term commitments.
• Providing leadership within the organization, fostering the commercial development of teams and individuals through coaching and mentoring.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in enterprise account sales within the Diagnostics or Medical Device industry is required.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams is essential.
• Must be able to travel 70% domestically.
• Exceptional communication skills with customers at senior levels, capable of developing business cases and value propositions.
• A demonstrated history of achieving revenue targets in a complex, solution-selling environment, preferably with major accounts.
• Experience in budget setting and forecasting is crucial.
• Experience negotiating directly with all levels of customer management, including CEOs, CFOs, Procurement, and Department Managers.
• A successful track record of operating at a senior level within a commercial organization, with a strong team-oriented approach.
