πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Accountable for generating revenue in German-speaking markets, particularly targeting the mid-market segment.

β€’ Dedicated to mastering and flawlessly implementing established sales methodologies to achieve quotas.

β€’ Proactively participate in shaping the German growth strategy and driving sales initiatives.

β€’ Overseeing opportunities from demonstration to final closure, including involvement in proposal responses.

β€’ Expanding networks with HR and training decision-makers.

β€’ Crafting optimal sales strategies to secure deals.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Over 8 years of sales experience in a B2B setting, focusing on large accounts.

β€’ Prior experience in the SaaS sector.

β€’ Proven history of achieving quotas of 500k+ euros.

β€’ Proficient in executing effective sales strategies.

β€’ Strong analytical abilities to recognize team trends and patterns that drive outcomes.

β€’ A growth-oriented mindset and a commitment to lifelong learning.

β€’ Fluency in English and German is essential.
