This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take ownership and manage the complete sales process for mid-market and Enterprise accounts with an Annual Contract Value (ACV) ranging from $50k to $250k.
• Identify, qualify, and develop a robust pipeline of new clients while also expanding within current customer accounts.
• Conduct consultative, value-oriented sales discussions with VP and C-level executives.
• Develop and implement territory strategies to systematically generate new opportunities.
• Collaborate across departments with SDRs, Solutions Consultants, and Marketing to enhance pipeline development.
• Accurately forecast and manage sales through disciplined pipeline oversight.
• Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets and performance goals.
• 8–10 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Executive roles within the SaaS, Software, or Technology Services sectors, with a strong emphasis on acquiring new logos.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and generating pipelines.
• At least 4 years of experience selling in the APAC region, including territory planning and regional sales oversight.
• Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC/MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, or Consultative Selling.
• A proven history of meeting or exceeding annual new business targets (approximately $700k), demonstrating consistent high performance.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, discovery, and presentation skills, with the capacity to engage CXO-level stakeholders and close complex deals.
