This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Achieve and surpass both quarterly and annual sales objectives.
• Engage in outbound prospecting to attract new customers.
• Oversee every element of the sales cycle, including prospecting, sales meetings, product demonstrations, proofs of concept, proposals, and negotiations.
• Foster sales through both outbound prospecting and incoming leads.
• Grasp and communicate the benefits of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise effectively.
• Become proficient in managing your sales pipeline using Salesforce.
• Handle quote generation, order processing, and daily customer inquiries.
• Over 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving goals in a highly competitive setting (top 10% performer).
• Dynamic, enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, and determined team player.
• Flexible and experienced in fast-paced technology companies.
• Familiarity with open source technology is a considerable advantage.
• Outstanding communicator across all mediums (in-person, online, and written).
• Equity.
