This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts, +3 more states.
• Manage and expand the current client portfolio, including the introduction of new services.
• Drive revenue for specific products within the designated territory.
• Establish strong, enduring relationships with clients by comprehending their needs and business goals.
• Conduct outbound communications to existing clients to promote additional solutions.
• Acquire and sustain a thorough understanding of our complete range of solution offerings.
• Transform customer challenges into fresh opportunities.
• Maintain an active pipeline of projected opportunities to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual quota goals.
• Enhance overall customer satisfaction across assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with various Adobe teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering) to relay customer feedback and stimulate revenue opportunities in the region.
• A minimum of 10+ years of demonstrated success in field account management or as an account executive.
• Proven experience in selling complex enterprise solutions.
• Ability to establish and nurture effective business relationships.
• Strong analytical and computer skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, complemented by a customer-centric service approach.
• Established capability in utilizing both quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate customer relationships and provide account-specific recommendations.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment with your Adobe ecosystem, including Renewals Specialists, Product Specialists, CSMs, Solution Consultants, and Field Marketing.
