This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.
• Sustain and enhance the current client portfolio while introducing new services.
• Propel specific product revenue within the designated territory.
• Cultivate robust, enduring relationships with clients by comprehending their needs and business goals.
• Engage in outbound communications with existing clients to promote additional solutions.
• Acquire and maintain thorough knowledge of the full range of our solution offerings.
• Transform customer challenges into new business opportunities.
• Maintain an active pipeline of anticipated opportunities to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual quota targets.
• Enhance overall customer satisfaction across assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with various teams within Adobe (Product, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering) to relay customer feedback and drive revenue opportunities in the region.
• At least 10+ years of demonstrated success in field account management or as an account executive.
• Proven experience in selling Complex Enterprise Solutions.
• Strong ability to establish and maintain positive business relationships.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and proficiency with computer applications.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills accompanied by a strong customer service orientation.
• Proven ability to utilize both quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate customer relationships and provide tailored recommendations for each account.
• Capacity to remain composed in a fast-paced work environment and to exhibit thoughtful leadership in evaluating problems and opportunities while recommending solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment with the Adobe ecosystem, including Renewals Specialists, Product Specialists, Customer Success Managers, Solution Consultants, and Field Marketing.
