• Drive new business initiatives and enhance partnerships within the benefits and HR technology sectors.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting and initiating connections with brokers, carriers, TPAs, and employer groups.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify enrollment and administration challenges.
• Present customized solutions that streamline implementation and enhance the employee experience.
• Develop and expand a focused pipeline of insurance carriers, brokers, TPAs, and HR tech partners.
• Utilize LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and other prospecting tools to research executive contacts.
• Execute outbound outreach campaigns that foster engagement and elicit responses.
• Assess prospects, address objections, and arrange high-value meetings.
• Lead discovery calls to identify needs, challenges, and decision-making criteria.
• Showcase T2B’s expertise in HR and benefit technology.
• Communicate clear and persuasive value propositions that resonate with decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, SOWs, and customized solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or recruitment is preferred.
• Knowledge of the insurance or healthcare industry is preferred.
• Experience in selling benefits and HR technology is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
• Strong project management skills with the capacity to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SaaS, Employee Navigator, bswift, Plan Source, UKG, ADP, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Employees have the option to work remotely.
