Enrollment Technology Sales Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and expand a focused pipeline of insurance carriers, brokers, TPAs, and HR technology partners.

• Utilize LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and other prospecting tools to research executive contacts.

• Execute outbound outreach campaigns that foster engagement and elicit responses.

• Qualify potential clients, address objections, and arrange high-value meetings.

• Conduct discovery calls to identify needs, pain points, and decision-making criteria.

• Showcase T2B’s expertise in HR/benefit technology, including Employee Navigator, bswift, UKG, benefits administration outsourcing, data management, and consolidated self-billing services.

• Convey clear and persuasive value messaging that resonates with decision-makers.

• Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, SOWs, and customized solutions.

• Establish relationships with leaders across the employee benefits technology landscape.

• Become the primary authority on enrollment technology, point solutions, and contemporary file management.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Knowledge of the insurance or healthcare industry is mandatory.

• 1–2+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or recruitment is essential.

• Proven experience in selling benefits and HR technology is required.

• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities are necessary.

• Strong project management skills with the capability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is important.

• Experience with SaaS, Employee Navigator, bswift, Plan Source, UKG, ADP, or similar platforms is preferred.
