• Develop and expand a focused pipeline of insurance carriers, brokers, TPAs, and HR technology partners.
• Utilize LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and other prospecting tools to identify executive contacts.
• Execute outbound outreach campaigns that foster engagement and elicit responses.
• Assess prospects, address objections, and arrange high-value meetings.
• Conduct discovery calls that reveal needs, challenges, and decision-making criteria.
• Showcase T2B’s expertise in HR and benefit technology, including Employee Navigator, bswift, UKG, benefits administration outsourcing, data management, and consolidated self-billing services.
• Articulate clear and compelling value propositions that resonate with decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and customized solutions.
• Cultivate relationships with leaders throughout the employee benefits technology landscape.
• Establish yourself as the primary expert on enrollment technology, point solutions, and modern file management.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or recruitment is preferred.
• Knowledge of the insurance or healthcare industry is preferred.
• Experience in selling within the benefits and HR technology sectors is preferred.
• Outstanding communication and organizational abilities.
• Strong project management skills with the capacity to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with SaaS, Employee Navigator, bswift, Plan Source, UKG, ADP, or related platforms is preferred.
