Enrollment Strategy – Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Contribute to and enhance the daily operations of Stedi’s transaction enrollment program.

• Establish and continually refine Stedi’s enrollment playbook across a multitude of payers.

• Engage daily with customers, intermediary clearinghouses, and payers to secure enrollment approvals and optimize operations.

• Develop and expand a content management system detailing payer-specific enrollment procedures, integrating these into the product and operational framework.

• Collaborate with the product team to define and deliver requirements that enhance both the external enrollments product and internal tools.

• Set performance metrics and drive them to achieve industry-leading standards.

• Troubleshoot enrollment challenges, identify root causes, and manage customer escalations related to missing ERAs.

• Create automations, conduct data analysis, and work closely with product and engineering as a proactive individual contributor.

• Proven experience in developing operational processes and programs.

• Exceptional capability to manage multiple ongoing tasks simultaneously; highly responsive, organized, and detail-oriented.

• Technical expertise with the ability to build automations and workflows, utilizing AI to facilitate end-to-end automation.

• Experience in roles that involve direct client interaction, preferably in consulting, support, implementation, onboarding, or program management.

• Systems-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and communicate gaps to product, payer operations, and engineering teams.

• Resourceful, self-motivated, disciplined, proactive, and willing to invest the necessary time and effort.

• Ability to act swiftly and respond with a sense of urgency.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate work progress and proactively seek assistance or feedback.
