This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Facilitate the enrollment process for new individual providers and groups/locations with government payers.
• Gather necessary information for government payer applications from providers and existing organizational records.
• Execute maintenance updates and re-verification/re-validation for providers and groups/locations.
• Manage provider and group/location data, including updates to names, office locations, demographics, groups, and TIN changes.
• Populate and refresh internal and external databases to reflect government payer participation and related information.
• Submit enrollment applications to the relevant state Medicare/Medicaid programs prior to Credentials Committee meetings or applicant approvals.
• Ensure submission of enrollment applications ahead of opening or acquiring groups/locations.
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary onboarding team and practitioners to finalize application processes.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in non-commercial payer enrollment.
• Technical proficiency in provider enrollment.
• Strong and professional communication abilities.
• CPCS or PESC Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Capability to complete government payer enrollment, maintenance, and re-verification processes within designated timeframes.
• Understanding of non-commercial payer enrollment requirements at both the State and Federal levels.
• Influenza vaccination is mandatory as a condition of employment.
• Additional compensation may include shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, and overtime pay, as applicable.
• Hybrid/remote work schedule.
