This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Manage and convert a stream of incoming leads
• Conduct sales calls with potential students over the phone
• Evaluate candidates and determine their readiness to enroll
• Present the program clearly, confidently, and energetically
• Address objections and create a sense of urgency when necessary
• Follow up diligently to finalize enrollments
• Monitor pipeline and activities using CRM systems
• Achieve and surpass monthly enrollment goals
• Continuously enhance your pitch, objection-handling, and closing rates
• 2–5+ years of experience in sales (inside sales, high-ticket, or phone sales)
• Demonstrated top-tier performance (consistent quota achievement; top 1% among peers)
• Strong skills in objection handling and closing
• Excellent spoken English (C1–C2) with confidence during calls
• High energy, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, fast-paced setting
• Strong discipline in follow-up and organization
• Tech-savvy and proficient with CRM tools
• Availability to work Eastern Time, 9:00 am–5:00 pm
