This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Manage incoming consultations with students and their parents through scheduled 15-minute calls.
• Assist families in navigating the AI research program, outlining its structure, outcomes, and expectations.
• Serve as a reliable advisor to parents, who hold the main decision-making authority.
• Respond to questions and concerns with clarity and assurance.
• Promote enrollment by successfully converting qualified prospects.
• Keep precise records of interactions and maintain the pipeline using Airtable/CRM tools.
• Stay organized with follow-ups to ensure a seamless admissions process.
• Background in enrollment sales, admissions counseling, or consultative sales in the education/edtech sector is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to close deals during brief, structured calls.
• Comfortable engaging with parents, who are the main decision-makers.
• Strong skills in handling objections effectively.
• Highly organized and detail-focused, with experience using CRM tools (e.g., Airtable).
• Exceptional communication skills with complete fluency in English.
• Personable, confident, and capable of quickly establishing trust.
