English Contract Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Conduct reviews of documents in the English language.

• Execute privilege and responsiveness evaluations, perform redactions, engage in conceptual searching, and undertake first and second reviews.

• Utilize electronic document review technologies.

• Provide assistance in document review, privilege evaluations, expert testimony, legal research, and translation of foreign languages.

• Collaborate with project teams to enhance efficiency and optimize workflows.

• The start date is flexible.

• The location and hours of projects are determined on a project-by-project basis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge of document review processes, including privilege and responsiveness assessments, redactions, conceptual searching, and both first and second reviews.

• Proficiency with electronic document review tools such as Relativity, Concordance, and ViewPoint.

• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction with good standing status.

• Experience as part of a document review team (preferred but not mandatory).

• Familiarity with Relativity version 9.0 or higher (preferred but not mandatory).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in legal support (preferred but not mandatory).
