Associate Attorney – Settlement Simulator and Legal Drafting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Prepare and submit defenses in civil and small claims courts for cases before State and/or Federal Courts.

• Enter an appearance in cases where the firm is not yet listed as counsel of record, which includes filing the client’s organizational documents.

• Update internal systems with the drafted pleadings and related filing receipts.

• Complete the client’s platform (Settlement Simulator) when submitting the defense to evaluate settlement eligibility.

• Conduct a thorough analysis of the eligibility results and refer eligible cases for negotiation.

• Utilize the client’s platform at a different time than when submitting the defense to evaluate settlement eligibility.

• Refer eligible cases for negotiation through the internal system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree must be completed.

• Active membership in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) is required.

• Experience in drafting legal pleadings is advantageous.

• Preference for candidates with experience in high-volume litigation.
