English Contract Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct reviews of English-language documents for Contact Review projects.

• Perform privilege assessments, responsiveness evaluations, redactions, conceptual searches, and both first and second reviews.

• Utilize electronic document review tools and technologies.

• Provide support for document reviews, privilege assessments, expert testimonies, legal research, and foreign language translations as required by project demands.

• Work location and hours are determined on a project-by-project basis, with the possibility of remote work and tasks outside of standard business hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• Understanding of document review processes, including privilege/responsiveness evaluations, redactions, conceptual searching, and first and second reviews.

• Proficiency with electronic document review software, such as Relativity, Concordance, and ViewPoint.

• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction with good standing status.

• Experience as part of a document review team (preferred but not mandatory).

• Familiarity with Relativity version 9.0 or higher (preferred but not mandatory).

• Over 2 years of experience in legal support (preferred but not mandatory).
