This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee cases in both State and Federal courts nationwide.

• Direct intricate ESI discovery operations.

• Guarantee defensible and effective data management practices.

• Perform in-depth legal research online to support innovative legal arguments.

• Utilize AI-driven legal tools for document examination, research, and drafting tasks.

• Engage directly with clients.

• Represent at hearings, depositions, and trials.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience; all levels of experience are encouraged to apply.

• Motivated team player.

• Exceptional litigation, writing, and persuasive communication abilities.

• Strong educational qualifications.

• Demonstrated research capabilities.

• Self-motivated individual capable of managing tasks with minimal oversight.

• Trial experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of California and/or Nevada.
