Engineering Tech Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the design, architecture, and technical strategy for your team's initiatives.

• Produce high-quality code and elevate the technical standards through active contributions, not just oversight.

• Guide engineers through code evaluations, collaborative programming, and technical support — without formal management duties.

• Collaborate with Product to convert roadmap priorities into robust technical strategies.

• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, technical debt, and inter-team dependencies before they hinder progress.

• Develop and refine engineering best practices, standards, and tools throughout the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in software engineering, including leading technical direction within a team.

• Extensive hands-on expertise with our core technologies: Python, React, and TypeScript, including deploying production-level code.

• Proven history of making effective architectural and system design choices in a dynamic environment.

• Experience in mentoring engineers and enhancing the technical proficiency of a team through exemplary practices and code reviews.

• A strong collaborator capable of aligning technical decisions with product and business objectives.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
