Engineering Team Leader – Platform Web

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• We are in search of a Team Leader to become a part of our Technical Platform team dedicated to web applications.

• We seek an individual who merges strong technical abilities with leadership qualities, capable of converting product vision and business requirements into successful technical solutions.

• Our team develops tools and solutions that empower product teams to deliver business value more swiftly, securely, and efficiently. We create web applications utilizing a microfrontend architecture, emphasizing quality, scalability, maintainability, and the use of modern technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in roles such as **Senior Developer**, **Tech Lead**, or **Software Architect**.

• Several years of formal experience in people management as a manager.

• Practical experience in developing and enhancing web applications based on **microfrontend architecture (Angular)**.

• A robust understanding of the scalability, performance, and reliability of web applications.

• Proven experience in delivering comprehensive projects, from architectural design to production deployment.

• Experience collaborating with distributed or remote teams.
