This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• The Engineering Recruiter is instrumental in driving revenue by establishing robust talent networks, collaborating closely with clients, and executing tasks with discipline and urgency.
• This position transcends traditional recruiting roles—achieving success necessitates strategic relationship-building, consultative influence, and consistent output.
• You will engage with high-value engineering professionals, oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, and ensure that both candidates and clients enjoy a trustworthy and collaborative experience.
• The role requires structure, accountability, and a dedication to delivering results within a performance-driven environment.
• Develop, cultivate, and sustain a comprehensive network of highly qualified engineering professionals.
• Conduct in-depth career conversations to gain insights into candidate motivations, career aspirations, and technical expertise.
• Source, screen, and evaluate talent through various channels, including cold outreach, referrals, and targeted market engagement.
• Align candidates with client opportunities using a long-term, consultative approach.
• Collaborate with clients to fulfill critical engineering positions, ensuring clarity on requirements, expectations, and hiring priorities.
• Establish trust and credibility with both clients and candidates by serving as a knowledgeable recruiting advisor.
• Offer market insights, talent recommendations, and strategic guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain organized communication, follow-ups, and precise pipeline management.
• Conduct 8–12 meaningful candidate conversations weekly.
• Deliver 3–5 qualified candidate submissions each week.
• Achieve 1–3 placements per month (subject to ramp-up).
• At least 3 years of offshore recruitment experience supporting the US, UK, or Australian market.
• Background in recruiting, staffing, or sales, ideally in a performance-driven atmosphere.
• Experience in recruiting for engineering or technical positions.
• Strong active listening and probing abilities, with the skill to pose insightful questions.
• Capability to comprehend technical information and articulate responses clearly and effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to forge meaningful, long-term relationships.
• High level of personal accountability, drive, and ownership of outcomes.
• Ability to operate with structure, urgency, and consistent execution.
