Engineering Program Manager II – Voice Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop and design innovative solutions and services that enhance caregiver satisfaction

• Collaborate effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders

• Engage with caregivers and oversee the deployment of solutions/services

• Define the identity of the solution/service within the ecosystem

• Connect with and provide support to the caregiver community

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a comparable combination of education and experience

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a contact center environment

• Experience working in a Healthcare setting
