This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee intricate, cross-departmental programs from the planning phase through to execution and final delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering and product leaders to foster data-driven strategies and informed decision-making.
• Establish program objectives, success metrics, and KPIs in alignment with business goals.
• Serve as a thought leader, shaping roadmap priorities and the long-term direction of products.
• Create and lead experimentation frameworks (e.g., A/B testing, incrementality testing, measurement strategies).
• Conduct or direct quantitative analyses of performance metrics to pinpoint growth opportunities and risks.
• Define data tracking strategies and instrumentation for new features and product initiatives.
• Develop and sustain centralized reporting frameworks and metric dashboards.
• Oversee program timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones across various workstreams.
• Ensure robust alignment among engineering, product, data, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate structured communication, status reporting, and updates for executives.
• Proactively identify and mitigate blockers, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Review and critically assess technical design and implementation plans, particularly within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Over 8 years of experience in Technical Program Management or leading engineering initiatives.
• Strong grasp of the software development lifecycle and large-scale system delivery.
• Proven track record in managing complex, multi-stream technical programs within a client-facing or consulting context.
• Practical experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, incrementality testing, or similar methodologies).
• Strong analytical mindset with a background in leveraging data to inform decisions and strategies.
• Extensive knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with the ability to review and influence technical solutions.
• GCP Certifications (Google Cloud Digital Leader, Google Cloud Architect) are preferred.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to present to executives.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency in conversational English at an advanced level.
• US Citizenship is required (due to Public Sector requirements).
• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline or equivalent experience.
