This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Overseeing execution and technical collaboration directly with Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) and their Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) or Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
• Integrating data center tools and operationalizing processes for the development of AI factories, addressing any obstacles to maintain project timelines.
• Guaranteeing dependable assembly of innovative AI infrastructure platforms by collaborating closely with CSP's ODMs or OEMs to achieve defined metrics and schedules.
• Building and directing cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and excellence in execution.
• Offering technical guidance on server system construction alongside subject matter experts, and managing project timelines by proactively addressing blockers.
• Ensuring timely delivery of features tailored to customer needs and overseeing production deployment.
• Reporting program status, risks, and insights to senior leadership.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in managing programs and projects with direct customer engagement.
• Strong leadership capabilities in global, matrixed environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A proven history of successfully managing complex, large-scale data center projects.
