Senior Technical Program Manager – Field Services Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation and enhancement of an integrated program schedule, budget, resource identification, and prioritization discussions for large service programs from initial conception to product discontinuation.

• Coordinate deliverables, execution, and detailed timelines with Subsystem Program Managers and Functional Managers to elevate visibility on critical path activities.

• Provide cross-functional product leadership by collaborating with Sourcing, Manufacturing, Projects, Services, Advanced Research Center, and external stakeholders to ensure the achievement of key product development milestones.

• Facilitate the resolution of issues in close partnership with the Services Systems Engineer and Product Manager, including the development of contingency plans and scenario analyses.

• Organize and lead weekly operational meetings with program teams, driving technical discussions, documenting meeting minutes, and tracking action items.

• Manage communication and escalation of programmatic and technical risks to the program team.

• Ensure adherence to engineering processes to uphold a high standard of quality in work outputs.

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Management, Renewable Energy Engineering, or related fields.

• Ability to decompose complex issues, identify potential courses of action, and facilitate effective decision-making.

• Skilled in prioritizing information and employing analytical thinking for decision-making.

• Technical proficiency and familiarity with industrial-scale projects or products.

• Possess a system or product-level perspective.

• Strong oral and written communication skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.

• Proven project management expertise.
