IS Business Technology Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Assist in overseeing technology-oriented programs and initiatives across Institutional Services functions and products.

• Support portfolio, program, and project management efforts, ensuring alignment with technological strategy and business goals.

• Coordinate program deliverables, ensuring that deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.

• Monitor and report on program performance metrics, OKRs, and KPIs to ensure strategic alignment.

• Maintain consistent engagement with key stakeholders.

• Comprehend and comply with the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of demonstrated project management experience, OR, in the absence of a degree, a combined minimum of 14 years of higher education and/or work experience, including at least 10 years of proven project management experience.

• Proficiency in MS Suite (Advanced Excel, MS Project, Teams).

• Experience with MS Power Platform (Power Apps Suite).

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and disciplines.

• Experienced in leading business-driven initiatives using Agile delivery frameworks.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in negotiation, influence, and consensus-building.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to operate professionally at various levels (clients, management, and peers).
