• Actively seek out candidates in engineering, manufacturing, and skilled trades.
• Develop and sustain a robust and engaged candidate pipeline.
• Recruit for a variety of technical positions such as Controls / Automation Technicians and Welders.
• Conduct a high volume of phone and video screenings for candidates.
• Assess candidates for their skills and cultural fit.
• Engage in discussions and negotiate compensation with candidates.
• Oversee candidates throughout the interview and placement processes.
• Utilize various tools to enhance speed and efficiency.
• Regularly achieve or surpass key performance indicators related to outreach, submissions, interviews, placements, and starts.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a recruiter within a staffing agency.
• Experience in recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, or skilled trade positions.
• Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, KPI-focused environment.
• Strong proficiency with recruiting technologies, including ATS platforms with API integrations, texting tools, and AI-driven sourcing and workflow solutions.
• Comfortable with outbound communication via phone, text, and digital channels.
• Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through abilities.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
