Engineering Manager – User Data & Consent Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the User Data & Consent subdomain within the Identity Engineering sector.

• Lead an Engineering Manager and collaborate with senior individual contributors.

• Supervise the Consent team.

• Ensure that product consent experiences and data transport pipelines are both reliable and compliant.

• Hold responsibility for a long-term technical vision focused on managing user data and consent.

• Assess and modify frameworks in response to evolving legal requirements.

• Demonstrated experience in managing, coaching, and developing high-performing managers.

• Experience leading Engineering Manager-level and senior individual contributor reports across multiple teams or an entire department.

• A strategic and pragmatic thinker able to effectively guide teams and achieve results in uncertain environments.

• Strong cross-functional collaborator with technical ownership.

• Background in building systems for user data collection and engineering.

• Proficient in system design with full-stack technical credibility.
