Engineering Manager – MS Dynamics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.

📋 Description

• Assemble and guide a newly established engineering team.

• Manage the complete platform lifecycle from defining scope and roadmap to architecture and delivery.

• Foster robust working relationships with business stakeholders across all European markets.

• Provide technical guidance and establish engineering standards for the Dynamics environment.

• Relay progress, risks, and roadmap updates to a diverse group of business stakeholders.

• Continuously enhance delivery processes, team rituals, and operational methods as the team expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in software development.

• At least 2 years of experience in engineering leadership.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project or delivery management.

• Practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Field Service, or related modules).

• Familiarity with development technologies such as C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.

• Demonstrated ability to build teams from the ground up and lead through uncertainty.

• Strong stakeholder management capabilities, particularly in multi-market contexts.

• Proficient in English (B2+) in both spoken and written forms.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.

• Skilled in utilizing AI tools and large language models.

• Capacity to critically assess AI-generated outputs with responsibility.
