Engineering Manager – Delivery, Data & AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple delivery teams focusing on AI, Data Engineering, and Analytics initiatives

• Take responsibility for sprint planning, managing the backlog, ensuring delivery quality, and project execution

• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and escalation processes

• Guarantee the successful achievement of project milestones and SOW obligations

• Supervise AI Engineers, Data Engineers, Architects, Scrum Leads, and Technical Leads

• Evaluate solution architecture and technical designs

• Engage in discovery workshops and discussions regarding solutions

• Communicate delivery progress to stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• 12–20 years of expertise in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, AI, or Enterprise Technology

• At least 5 years of experience leading engineering or delivery teams

• Proven track record of delivering enterprise AI, Data Engineering, Analytics, or Cloud projects

• Strong experience in client-facing consulting or professional services

• Background in fast-paced, high-growth environments

• Knowledge of AI / Machine Learning, including Generative AI, LLMs & RAG

• Proficiency in Data Engineering & Data Pipelines

• Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)

• Experience with MLOps / DevOps

• Understanding of Technical Architecture

• Competence in Agile / Scrum delivery
