Engineering Manager – Consumer Authorization Systems

📋 Description

• Offer a technical vision and strategic direction for developing platforms capable of scaling to accommodate the next million members.

• Establish strong collaborations with product management, engineering, data science, and security teams.

• Lead a team of backend engineers to realize a unified vision.

• Foster growth and mentorship within the team through a supportive approach, careful observation, and constructive feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive experience and robust technical knowledge in backend infrastructure and platforms.

• Familiarity with authorization technologies such as ABAC, RBAC, policy engines, or related options applicable in this domain.

• Demonstrated success in scaling a platform from one to multiple users.

• Strong communication skills with sound judgment and a proactive mindset.

• Experience in recruiting, mentoring, and retaining high-caliber engineering talent.

• Capability to navigate challenges associated with developing large-scale, low-latency applications.
