This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Leadership of the team: Develop and mentor a high-performing group of engineers. Cultivate a robust engineering culture that emphasizes reliability, ownership, and the delivery of impactful platform data collection capabilities.
• Strategic and technical guidance: Establish the roadmap and technical vision for data access and collection capabilities, ensuring our data remains current, dependable, and scaled appropriately for our products.
• Development of data products: Design and construct scalable, reliable data-intensive applications for the collection and warehousing of publicly available information.
• Ownership of products: Oversee and enhance a managed attribution browser that plays a vital role in both internal and external customer workflows.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with Product, Mission, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to comprehend, prioritize, and deliver essential data and managed attribution browser capabilities.
• Engineering leadership: Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading and developing high-performing software engineering teams, with a proven track record in delivering complex technical initiatives and fostering the growth of engineers.
• Experience in data collection: Extensive engineering experience in networking, web scraping, browser automation, managed attribution, operational security best practices, anti-bot technology, and distributed systems.
• Customer and product orientation: Proven ability to collaborate closely with product, engineering, and operational stakeholders to deliver solutions that effectively balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical excellence.
• Decision-making and execution: Demonstrated ability to navigate through uncertainty and make informed trade-offs.
• Communication and influence: Exceptional communication skills with a history of fostering alignment across teams, influencing technical direction, and establishing strong cross-functional partnerships.
• Must possess an Active US security clearance.
