Engineering Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Join a remote, dedicated team that is enthusiastic about delivering meaningful work to satisfy our customers.

• Collaborate effectively with Product Managers and UX to oversee project scope and define deliverables for the roadmap, refining estimates over time.

• Lead and oversee a team of up to 10 software engineers.

• Identify technical debt and collaborate with Product to address it.

• Define, monitor, and share metrics to ensure code quality, reliability, scalability, testability, observability, and more.

• Establish processes that foster technical accountability within the team.

• Utilize AI-native coding practices and tools to enhance development workflows.

• Develop code using our modern technology stack: C# + .NET Core or Typescript + Node.

• Operate in a setting that embraces agile and iterative software development methodologies.

• Expertise in an object-oriented programming language, such as C# or JavaScript.

• Solid foundational understanding of algorithms and data structures.

• A strong enthusiasm for collaborative engineering and pair programming with colleagues.

• A strong motivation to continuously learn and enhance your professional skills.

• A desire to adopt an AI-native mindset, utilizing advanced AI tools to speed up development, automate routine tasks, and improve creative problem-solving.

• Professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
