Engineering Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of skilled engineers in the development, scaling, and operation of high-quality software systems.

• Foster an environment that empowers engineers to excel, emphasizing execution, technical excellence, and long-term sustainability.

• Assist in defining technical direction, establish robust engineering practices, and eliminate barriers that hinder team progress.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to create a product that delights our customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in managing software engineering teams.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with Product Managers, Designers, and stakeholders to strategize, prioritize, and execute customer-impacting product initiatives.

• Proven history of recruiting, mentoring, and managing the performance of engineers at various levels.

• More than 7 years of overall engineering experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms.
