Engineering Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead a diverse, cross-functional engineering team.

• Manage a small group of engineers directly.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams.

• Report directly to the VP of Engineering.

• Become a part of the Engineering Leadership team.

• Influence engineering strategy and culture.

• Question and challenge assumptions within the roadmap.

• Quickly implement lean experiments and validate outcomes.

• Provide guidance on feasibility across frontend, backend, and mobile platforms.

• Advocate for AI-enhanced working practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over two years of substantial experience as an Engineering Manager.

• Strong engineering background at a senior level.

• Experience in B2C environments, preferably in acquisition or growth sectors.

• Capability to critically assess code and challenge project scope.

• Proven track record in conducting lean experiments and evaluating trade-offs.
