📋 Description

• Mentor and provide guidance to the engineers within your team

• Providing regular and honest feedback is essential to the role

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and other technology leaders to define the direction

• Attract and retain top engineering talent

• Address uncertainties before they escalate into issues

• Work alongside other engineering teams on integrations and best practices

• Oversee tier-3 engineering support for your area of expertise

• Engage in technical design conversations and architectural decision-making

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five (5+) years of experience in leading engineering teams

• A clear and consistent methodology for providing feedback

• Capability to attract, develop, and retain engineering talent

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proven experience in managing teams that deliver production software throughout the complete product lifecycle

• Knowledge of application architecture, integration design, deployment, and testing processes

• Must be able to pass a background check
