Engineering Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the technical management of a specific domain area.

• Oversees, coordinates, and evaluates team efforts.

• Assesses staffing requirements and creates schedules.

• Delegates tasks and reviews progress to ensure deadlines are met.

• Assesses performance, addresses issues, and provides recommendations.

• Establishes, plans, and evaluates success metrics.

• Eliminates technical and personnel obstacles to enable team success.

• Collaborates with senior staff to set expectations and align on deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-8 years of applicable work experience.

• Proven advanced proficiency in the programming language relevant to the domain.

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager leading product teams to achieve desired outcomes from complex requirements.
