Engineering Manager

• Serve as a proactive technical leader, directing a small and agile engineering team in the design, development, and deployment of essential product features.

• Oversee, expand, and nurture the team.

• Partner with key stakeholders, including product, data, and behavioral health experts.

• Guarantee that best practices are followed throughout all stages of software development and deployment.

• Ensure compliance with the highest standards of quality and security.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of overall experience, including more than 2 years in a management role.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.

• Proven experience in developing enterprise or consumer web applications.

• Exceptional communication skills tailored to a diverse array of audiences.

• Proven project management abilities.

• Strong inclination towards taking initiative.
