📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and nurture a team of 7 engineers.

• Take ownership of sprint health and ensure consistent delivery.

• Set and uphold engineering performance standards.

• Steer the engineering team's shift towards AI-first development.

• Act as a crucial stakeholder in defining company-wide AI policies.

• Facilitate technical discussions and guarantee sound architectural decisions.

• Engage actively in code reviews and contribute to technical solutions.

• Collaborate closely with Product to convert roadmap priorities into actionable engineering tasks.

• Work cross-functionally with other departments.

• Excel in a startup environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 3 years in an engineering management position.

• A proven track record as a coach and mentor.

• Experience guiding a team through the adoption of AI tools, including establishing standards and onboarding team members to new workflows.

• A history of enhancing team delivery and elevating engineering quality.

• Strong hands-on technical skills.

• Comfortable collaborating with the product team to evaluate solutions for user challenges.

• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders on features and technical strategy.

• Excellent communication skills.
