Engineering Manager – APAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of technical professionals responsible for deploying Solventum Health Information Systems applications within Clinician Productivity Solutions and Revenue Cycle.

• Oversee, mentor, and nurture a team of technical implementation specialists across the APAC region.

• Provide technical guidance throughout implementations, ensuring that delivery methods are practical, sustainable, secure, and adhere to established standards.

• Serve as a mentor for intricate technical challenges, customer risks, and cross-functional delivery obstacles.

• Engage effectively with customer stakeholders and directly contribute to implementation tasks as necessary.

• Represent Solventum Engineering in discussions with customers and during project governance meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or a related technical discipline.

• Extensive experience in healthcare IT, technical implementation, engineering, solution architecture, or leadership in technical services.

• Demonstrated experience managing or directing technical teams in a customer-facing delivery, implementation, engineering, support, or professional services setting.

• A robust technical background.

• Experience collaborating with enterprise healthcare clients.

• Capability to rapidly understand new technical concepts, products, workflows, and implementation methodologies.

• Strong comprehension of healthcare IT environments, healthcare interoperability, and the realities of customer implementations.

• Experience with integrations, APIs, identity and access management, networking principles, cloud or SaaS delivery models, and secure implementation practices.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical risks, trade-offs, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
