⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in engineering.

• More than 4 years in engineering management positions.

• Practical experience in developing cloud-based SaaS products.

• Proven experience in managing services in production on AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Strong foundation in databases, SQL, query optimization, and BigQuery.

• A history of transforming engineering teams.

• In-depth technical fluency in your team's primary technology stack.

• Strong viewpoints on the operations of high-performing engineering teams.

• Excellent judgment in high-pressure situations.

• Direct and candid communication skills.
