⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of engineering experience.

• At least 4 years in engineering management positions.

• Practical, hands-on experience in developing cloud-based SaaS products on AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• API-first approach.

• Strong expertise in databases, SQL, query optimization, and BigQuery.

• Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in delivery velocity, technical quality, or team performance.

• In-depth technical fluency in your team's primary technology stack.

• Well-defined opinions on the functioning of high-performing engineering teams.

• Excellent judgment in high-pressure situations.

• Direct and candid communication style.
