⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of engineering experience.

• More than 4 years in engineering management positions.

• Practical, hands-on experience in building cloud-based SaaS products.

• Experience running services in production on AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• An API-first mindset.

• Strong expertise in databases, SQL, query optimization, and BigQuery.

• Proven track record of visibly transforming an engineering team.

• Deep technical proficiency in your team's primary technology stack.

• Strong viewpoints on creating high-performing engineering teams.

• Excellent judgment in high-pressure situations.

• Direct and candid communication skills.
