⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of engineering experience.

• More than 4 years in engineering management positions.

• Practical experience in developing cloud-based SaaS solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• An API-first approach.

• Solid expertise in databases, SQL, query optimization, and BigQuery.

• Demonstrated success in team transformation.

• Profound technical proficiency in the team's primary technology stack.

• Strong views on what constitutes high-performing engineering teams.

• Exceptional judgment in high-pressure situations.

• Direct and transparent communication style.
