Engineering Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Contribute across the entire stack by leveraging your expertise in Backend (Typescript/Node.js/Go/GCP) or Frontend (React) to implement features from start to finish.

• Recruit and nurture a high-performing team of engineers responsible for a vital segment of Attio’s product.

• Design and enhance the technical architecture to accommodate Attio's growing scale.

• Lead projects and make product decisions informed by customer feedback.

• Represent Attio’s Product & Engineering values both internally and externally.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in designing secure, scalable, and dependable backend systems.

• Strong understanding of contemporary cloud architectures (either GCP or AWS).

• Demonstrated deep expertise in Node.js/Typescript or Go for backend development, or React for frontend development.

• Experience in hiring and managing a team of Security Engineers, as well as collaborating with cross-functional partners.

• Ability to articulate technical concepts to a broader team and influence decision-making.

• A passion and aptitude for leading and developing a remarkable engineering team.
